Bridging Education, Research, and Industry: The Erasmus+-funded project HUCO LABS is focused on developing a European-wide standard for training technicians in Research and Innovation (R&I) skills.
The ambition is to create a European space for Technical Training in the field of research, which can represent a real bridge between the European research area and the European education area. Through this project, we will create a training model to equip technicians with integrated digital, green, and R&I skills, enabling them to work effectively within research teams across sectors. The program in will be the foundation for a Europe-wide platform, fostering collaboration among training providers, universities, and industry.
