RECAPHE – Enhancing Staff Research Capacity in Professional Higher Education

Institutions of higher education must conduct research more intensely. Due to their practical orientation, the focus of research is more regional than at universities. The project will identify the competences required for successful research work. The aim of the project is to develop a tool that shows employees ways to optimize their abilities. Once the required competences have been identified, a training programme will be developed to acquire and extend these competences.
