We are looking for a Project Collaborator (75%) in the research area Future Skills, Future of Work and Learning, especially related to higher education research.
YOUR TASK:
- Project leadership in two international research projects on future skills and open forms of education in higher and further education.
- Participation in the research topics "Future Skills - Future of Higher Education" and "Digitization of Studies and Teaching"
- Participation in teaching at the university
- Possibility of cooperative doctoral studies
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Studies (Master, Diploma or comparable) with interfaces educational sciences, educational technology or vocational education, preferably with reference to AI, New Work, lifelong learning - also from technical or economic courses of study: Above all, your personal motivation and interest in the topics count!
- Excellent teamwork skills and self-competence
- Excellent communication skills and appreciation with empathic and mindful teamwork
- Extensive experience in agile project management
- Good knowledge of empirical research methods
- Very good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
