The DHBW Karlsruhe research group sets standards in the transformation of educational organizations and processes in an increasingly digitalized world. Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Ulf-Daniel Ehlers, we design future-oriented teaching and learning models, research future skills and initiate networks and strengthen communities according to the Collective Impact approach. Our commitment ranges from the local to the European level and includes projects that address individual, organizational and educational policy challenges. FUTURE SKILLS FOR A WORLD SHAPED BY AI

The competence model AIComp (Artificial Intelligence Competences) was developed by NextEducation as part of the two projects AI-Campus and AI-Campus Hub Baden-Wuerttemberg. It is based on an empirical study in which over 1600 professionals in Baden-Wuerttemberg were surveyed on the skills requirements resulting from the fact that artificial intelligence is increasingly finding its way into the world of work and life.

Self-assessment of future skills using the digital Future Skills Compass tool

The Future Skill Compass is an online tool designed to help students better assess their future skills and systematically support them throughout their Bachelor's degree programme in developing their future skills and reflective competence.
